Between school drop-offs, sleepless nights, and the quiet pressure of holding everything together, we realized something was missing: a moment that belonged only to us.

We were showing up for everyone else, every single day but slowly, we started disappearing from our own lives. And in the middle of that exhaustion, we asked a simple question that changed everything: why does taking care of ourselves feel like something we have to earn?

That question became the beginning of Blush & Balm.

This brand didn’t start as a business idea. It started as a need born in the middle of motherhood, healing, and rebuilding after seasons that tested us more than we thought we could handle.
